Meet Our Team

The veterans that lead Heroes Hope

Sean Lord

President/Co-founder

Sean Lord is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served with the Marine Forces Pacific HQ Battalion and later as a Recruiter with the 9th Marine Corps District in Minneapolis, MN. After completing his active duty, Sean traded his uniform for a new mission—serving as a pastor in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. In his ministry, Sean’s heart has always been for people—especially those who feel disconnected from family, friends, resources, or faith. He believes in meeting people where they are and walking with them toward hope, healing, and restoration. As a disabled veteran himself, Sean carries a deep passion for connecting with other veterans, helping them not only strengthen bonds with one another but also rebuild and nurture ties with their own families. As co-founder of Heroes Hope, another veteran-serving nonprofit, Sean envisions a future where no veteran in Oklahoma goes without food, shelter, or meaningful work. His leadership is fueled by compassion, faith, and an unshakable belief that when veterans are supported, connected, and valued, entire communities grow stronger.

Haili Lord

Vice-President/Co-Founder

Haili Lord proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for four years, earning an honorable record of service. Her time in uniform not only deepened her commitment to service but also sparked a lifelong passion for leadership—both in herself and in others. That passion led her to earn a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, equipping her with the skills to guide teams, inspire vision, and bring plans to life. Her expertise and drive have earned her invitations to serve on two leadership boards, where she helps organizations plan and execute with excellence. Beyond her board work, Haili serves veterans, their families, and others in the community through her role as a Real Estate Agent—helping families find not just a house, but a place to truly call home. As co-founder of Heroes Hope, Haili pours her leadership, compassion, and determination into building a future where every veteran feels supported, connected, and valued.

Michelle Smith

Programs Coordinator

Michelle Smith is a former U.S. Navy Airman who later earned her commission as a Surface Warfare Officer, serving eight years in the United States Navy. Her military service included deployments aboard a destroyer to the Persian Gulf and an aircraft carrier, experiences that strengthened her commitment to leadership and service. A proud mother of three, Michelle's personal journey has deepened her faith and given her a genuine empathy for those facing life's challenges. Knowing she always wanted to continue serving fellow veterans, joining Heroes Hope was a natural fit. She is honored to walk alongside veterans as they rebuild their lives with hope, dignity, and renewed purpose

Adam Mosher

Case Manager

Adam Mosher is a U.S. Air Force veteran who brings more than 25 years of military, corrections, and public-safety experience to his work supporting fellow veterans at Heroes Hope. Adam served over a decade as an imagery analyst and instructor in the Air Force, delivering more than 7,000 hours of instruction to Air Force and Marine Corps students and serving as a Missile Analyst supporting national intelligence operations. He went on to train hundreds of GEOINT Analysis Apprentice Course students each year at Goodfellow Air Force Base, developing a deep, firsthand understanding of what it takes to prepare service members for high-stakes, high-accountability work — an understanding he now brings to serving veterans in civilian life.

After his military and defense contracting career, Adam continued that spirit of service in public safety, working as a Detention Officer and Shift Supervisor with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and as a Security Officer and Supervisor at the American Airlines Maintenance Base in Tulsa. Most recently, he spent five years as a Probation Officer and Administrative Assistant with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, where he processed client intake, conducted background checks, and helped individuals navigate reintegration into their communities — experience that speaks directly to the intake and case-support work he now contributes to Heroes Hope. At Heroes Hope, Adam applies this background to building the systems that help the organization serve veterans well, including developing intake and tracking tools that help ensure every veteran's history and needs are captured accurately from the start. He holds a B.S. in Intelligence, Security Studies and Analysis from Angelo State University, along with associate degrees in Instructor of Technology and Military Science and in Communications Applications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.

Adam lives in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, where he continues to draw on his background in corrections, intelligence, and military service to support the veteran community.
